The ThorSport Racing shop is located in Sandusky, Ohio. The team occupies a 100,000-square foot building that opened in 2011. However, a fire at the shop in June has reduced the room the team has to work with as repairs and renovations are ongoing.

The basement level of the shop was submerged in waist- to knee-deep water as crews worked to put on the fire in June. David Pepper (general manager) said teams used tires to float other equipment out of the shop.
