It was a picture-perfect day Tuesday as XFINITY Series drivers hit the streets of Philadelphia for the second year in a row to celebrate NASCAR in advance of upcoming races near Comcast headquarters, the NASCAR XFINITY Series entitlement partner, at Pocono and Dover.
