Team owner Roger Penske, on Truex Jr. calling Logano's win cheap: "He's (Martin Truex Jr.) a racer and should know better than to say that. That's as clean a shot as you can have in a race like this. ... As far as I'm concerned, that's just a comment that I don't think we deserve. We'll race him day after day. Stirring some controversy that he's trying to spread."

Joey Logano: "It was a lot of bumper banging toward the end and a hard race. You know, we didn't wreck each other. We bumped into each other a lot and that is what this sport was built on. I know a lot of fans out
there aren't too happy about it but it is racing and that is what NASCAR is about and what stock car racing is."

No. 78 crew chief Cole Pearn: "Not surprised coming from him (Logano). That's kind of how he drives. You know whatever. It's his choice to make. I guess that's short-track racing."

Denny Hamlin: "I knew it was coming. Everyone probably saw it was coming. I just think it would have been still a cool battle if they would have just stayed side-by-side. I think the 22 thought he wasn't going to win that way."

No. 22 crew chief Todd Gordon: "It's rubbing, it's racing. When you put a prize that's a guaranteed ticket to the Championship 4 on this race, you're going to have that kind of racing. I think that's just kind of what the atmosphere creates."
