The annual Chili Bowl Nationals are held inside the River Spirit Expo Center on the Tulsa Expo Raceway -- a makeshift quarter-mile clay oval. NASCAR champion Tony Stewart helps oversee all of the track preparations prior to the event and throughout the week.
