FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: When are guests allowed at the track?
A: There will be designated VIP Guess Access Permitted times on the Official Event Schedule.VIP Guest passes are valid for any day that the series which they are issued for has on-track activity. For events with Practice and Qualifying, passes will be valid for all days that there is on-track activity for that series. For events without Practice and Qualifying, passes will be valid for Race Day only. If a garage is open but there is no on-track activity, the pass is not valid.
Q: Where will guests be able to park at track?
A: Parking is not included with the VIP guest pass.
Q: Where are guests allowed?
A: Guests will have access to the Series specific garage (within the allotted time frame), pit road, and suites (must have appropriate ticket/credential). They have no access to the Media Center and there will not be any hauler tours available.
Q: Are minors allowed at the track?
A: Yes, minors are permitted. Minors can be registered through the registration process. There will be a link to register minors attending with a parent/guardian on the confirmation email / text message. Minors will be restricted from the garage and pit road starting 30 minutes prior to any on-track activity. Minors are not permitted at Bristol, Martinsville, North Wilkesboro and Lucas Oil Raceway. Minors are under the age of 19 in the state of Alabama.
Q: Will guests be permitted on the grid during the Event?
A: VIP guests will only be allowed in the garages and pit road, unless they are assigned a starting grid access identifier Guest Fulfillment.
Q: Can the guest sit in the Pit Box; if so, does a Guest Liaison need to be there with them?
A: Yes, guests can sit atop the team pit box.
Q: Can guests of the race-winning team enter victory lane for a socially-distanced photo?
A: Yes, at a team’s discretion, guests may enter victory lane for a socially-distanced photo.
Q: Where are guests allowed?
A: Guests will have access to the Series specific garage (within the allotted time frame), pit road, and suites (must have appropriate ticket/credential). Cup Credentials will allow access to Xfinity and Truck Garages if open during Cup VIP Credential hours. Xfinity Credentials will allow access to the Truck Garage if open during Xfinity VIP Credential hours.

ACCESS PARAMETERS
· Guest passes are series specific and valid for the days that the listed series has on-track activity.
· Guests must have their credentials clearly visible while inside the competition restricted area.
· Guests must follow all COVID-related protocols. Please check with the hosting organization if you are unsure of current protocols.
· Attire: Shirts & Pants, dresses and/or skirts & blouses are required. Shoes are required. Shorts, short-sleeve or sleeveless shirts, blouses, open-toed shoes are permitted.
· Please be prepared for backpacks, fannypacks, etc to be searched upon entry into the garage area.
· Guests are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the garage and pits.
· NASCAR reserves the right to deny entry to the EVENT to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or has visible signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption.
· Guests and NASCAR Members are encouraged to report issues and concerns to a nearby Official or our management team.
