Nobody likes it, nobody talks about it, but it's a reality of racing. No, not the question of where drivers use the bathroom -- we're talking about helmet hair. You know, when a usually-well-polished driver removes the shell protecting their brain following a race, revealing, well ... you'll see.

#10: Ty Dillon

As far as helmet hair goes, Ty Dillon's got it figured out. He's clearly got a bit of helmet hair, but it's not so disheveled that he needs to find a comb immediately.

#9: Aric Almirola

That "just woke up" look is really more of a "just raced 500 miles."

#8: Brad Keselowski

Sometimes, wearing a helmet really alters your hairdo into a shape of its own.

The rare "party in the front, business in the back" never took off.

#4: Kevin Harvick

Heck of a head of helmet hair for Happy Harvick.

#3: Kyle Busch

Kyle Busch uses a helmet sock, so helmet hair photos are rare. Smart move, Rowdy, but that's why we've got GIFs.

#2: Michael McDowell

The working theory is McDowell kept his helmet atop his head when tangling with Daniel Suarez so nobody would have to see helmet hair. Fair enough.

#1: Kurt Busch

As a driver, when you find yourself taking the checkered flag, helmet hair is clearly the last thing on your mind. Kurt Busch's glorious specimen from Bristol last August was a perfect example.
