Matt Crafton captured his third career title by winning the 2019 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series championship in the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Following an incredible year for the series, here are a few interesting stats we dug up with help from our friends from Racing Insights.

The 2019 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series season consisted of 3,396 laps and 4,374 miles, while 113 different drivers competed, and 31 drivers made their debut in the series. 10 drivers won at least one race and nine drivers earned at least one pole.

Toyota teams led the series with 12 victories and eight poles. The manufacturer also earned its 11th career manufacturer’s championship, with all 11 coming in the last 14 years.

Tyler Ankrum won at Kentucky Speedway, qualifying him for the Playoffs. Ankrum missed the first three races of the season because he wasn’t old enough to compete, but he became the youngest driver in the playoffs at 18 years old.

Todd Gilliland earned his first career Gander Trucks victory at Martinsville Speedway in his 46th start with Kyle Busch Motorsports, serving as the most starts with the team before winning for the first time.
