O’Donnell: ‘Further limit’ likely in 2018 participation guidelines

Nothing is formal yet, but NASCAR Executive Vice President and Chief Racing Development Officer Steve O'Donnell says the sanctioning body is considering changes to the participation guidelines for 2018.
