Ricky Stenhouse Jr rounded out the top 10 in the Drydene 311 at Dover International Speedway on Saturday.
The top-10 finish for Stenhouse, his fourth of the year, added 29 points to his season total. Stenhouse now sits at No. 22 in the NASCAR Cup Series standings with 425 points.
Stenhouse started in 19th position and led one lap in the race. The 10th-year driver has earned two career victories, with 18 top-five finishes and 37 results inside the top 10.
Over the course of his career at Dover International Speedway, Stenhouse has started 15 races, completed 13 of them, and compiled two top-10 finishes.
The Olive Branch, Mississippi native began the race one spot behind his career mark of 17.9, but finished 10 places ahead of his career average of 20.1.
Stenhouse took on 40 other drivers on the way to his 10th-place finish. The race endured four cautions and 21 caution laps. Prior to the checkered flag there were 15 lead changes.
Denny Hamlin secured the victory in the race, and Martin Truex Jr finished second. Kyle Busch placed third, Kevin Harvick brought home fourth, and Chase Elliott finished off the top five.
In addition to earning the race victory, Hamlin won Stages 1 and 2 to finish off an impressive day in Dover.
