Clint Bowyer began the 2020 season driving the Mobil 1 paint scheme in the Busch Clash at Daytona International Speedway. He also ran this design in both races at Pocono Raceway and at the Daytona Road Course.

Haas CNC was on the Mobil 1 Ford for the fourth race of the season at Phoenix Raceway.

The Rush Truck Centers paint scheme had a number of sponsors on the quarter-panels throughout the season with the first being Mobil 1 in the Daytona 500. This paint scheme returned for the first Darlington Raceway race of the season in May.

Mobil Delvac 1 was featured on the Rush Truck Centers Ford for the second race at Darlington and for the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Peak returned for the annual throwback race at Darlington with a paint scheme that celebrated Peak's first NASCAR victory when Kyle Petty and crew chief Gary Nelson dominated the 1990 race at Rockingham Speedway.

For the penultimate race of the season and Bowyer's driving career as a full-time driver, the No. 14 Ford carried 58 logos of nearly every major sponsor that appeared on a Bowyer race car throughout his career. The car also sported a thank you message to the fans.
