First look: Bowman’s No. 48 will have some ‘Static’ at Atlanta Motor Speedway

Alex Bowman, the driver of the No. 48 Ally Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, will have DC superhero "Static" on the hood, in collaboration with DC, Milestone Media and Warner Bros. Discovery.

Ally teamed up with DC and Milestone Media to continue to mentor and train the next generation of comic book storytellers from Black and diverse backgrounds, both professionally and financially.

This collaboration is electric because Milestone Media, founded in 1991, is the first Black-owned comic book and media company.

The electrifying paint scheme of the No. 48 Ally Chevrolet will appear July 10 at Atlanta Motor Speedway (3 p.m. ET, USA Network).
