AJ Allmendinger races full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series with Kaulig Racing. He has 18 total NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series wins, with 16 of those coming with Kaulig. His other two career O'Reilly Auto Parts Series wins were with Team Penske. Allmendinger holds former full-time experience in the Cup Series with Team Penske, Richard Petty Motorsports, JTG Daugherty Racing and Red Bull Racing. His first career Cup Series win came at Watkins Glen International in 2014, which qualified him for his first playoff appearance. At the inaugural Cup Series race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course in August 2021, Allmendinger picked up his second win and the first for Kaulig Racing in the series. He returned to Victory Lane in 2023, winning the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval playoff race. He also has 14 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts.
