Bio
Justin Haley drives the No. 16 Ram for Kaulig Racing full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. In 2025, he drove full-time for Spire Motorsports in the NASCAR Cup Series. Haley earned his first Cup Series win in 2019 driving the No. 77 Spire Chevrolet at Daytona International Speedway. He has four NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series wins and previously competed in the Craftsman Truck Series from 2017-18, winning a combined three races and advancing to the Championship 4 in 2018. Haley also won the 2016 ARCA Menards Series East championship.
