The NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development program is an academy-style training program designed to develop and train drivers both on and off the track, with the on-the-track portion coming with the Rev Racing team. Read on to meet the 2023 class.

Andres Perez de Lara, a 17-year-old from Mexico City, is the 2020 NASCAR Mexico Truck Series champion and the 2021 NASCAR Mexico Challenge Series Rookie of the Year. As part of the 2023 NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Team, he will race full time in the ARCA Menards Series.

Lavar Scott, a 19-year-old from Carney’s Point, New Jersey, has raced a late model stock car for Rev Racing the last two seasons in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, earning his first late model win at Hickory Motor Speedway in 2021. As part of the 2023 NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Team, he will compete full time in the ARCA Menards Series East.

Jaiden Reyna, a 16-year-old from Cornelius, North Carolina, spent last season competing in a late model for Rev Racing. As part of the 2023 NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Team, he will once again race a late model in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series.

Justin Campbell, a 17-year-old from Griffin, Georgia, scored a pair of top fives and a few top 10s in the 2022 Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway. As part of the 2023 NASCAR Drive for

Paige Rogers, a 19-year-old from Fort Wayne, Indiana, won multiple feature races in the pro late model class at Corrigan Oil Speedway in 2021. As part of the 2023 NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Team, she will race a late model in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series.
