Throwback for Jack: Mini Tyrrell honors former CARS Tour owner Jack McNelly with throwback scheme

When it came to picking a throwback scheme for the CARS Tour Throowback 225 at Hickory Motor Speedway, Mini Tyrrell knew exactly what he wanted to do. The scheme on Tyrrell's car will honor former CARS Tour owner and current series General Manager Jack McNelly, who fielded his own car in the Hooters Pro Cup Series for several years.
