Dominant Cup Series wins since 2021: Larson, Truex top the charts

Since the start of the 2021 season, eight NASCAR Cup Series races have entered the history books as dominant victories, with race winners leading more than two-thirds of the laps. Two drivers -- Kyle Larson and Martin Truex Jr. -- have netted the most, and Larson added the most recent of those last weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Noteworthy: Larson led the final 78 laps in scoring his third consecutive win, following earlier victories at Charlotte and Sonoma. It also marked the Cup Series' first event on the 1.33-mile Nashville Superspeedway.

Noteworthy: Truex led all but one of the final 144 laps, handing him his third win in the first 12 Cup Series races of 2021.

Noteworthy: Truex swept the stages at Loudon, and his performance holds as Truex's most recent Cup Series victory, his 15th with Joe Gibbs Racing and 34th overall.

Noteworthy: Larson clinched a berth in the Championship 4 field with his Lone Star State victory, going on to win his first Cup Series title three weeks later in Phoenix. It was an unofficial season sweep as Larson won the non-points All-Star Race at Texas that year.
