NASCAR Regional drivers to watch: Tristan McKee wins in ARCA debut; Austin Hull shines amongst the stars

September is an important month for competitors in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, as only a few weeks remain before the national, regional and state champions are crowned. As the end of the season draws near, weekly drivers are set to make one last push toward building momentum. NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour and ARCA Menards Series competitors find themselves in a similar scenario as their respective championship pictures become more clear. Below are five drivers to keep an eye on for the month of September and beyond.

Tristan McKee
In his first ARCA Menards Series start a few weeks ago at Watkins Glen International, Tristan McKee brought home a checkered flag after holding the lead during a one-lap shootout.
A Spire Motorsports development driver, McKee has gradually gained experience over the past couple years on road courses and in Late Model Stocks. A couple more ARCA Menards Series starts are planned for McKee this year as he prepares for a big 2026.

Austin Hull
During Berlin Raceway's prestigious Tekton 250 Battle at Berlin, Austin Hull bested drivers like Carson Hocevar and Ty Majeski to earn the biggest victory of his career.
Hull was already enjoying a career season at Berlin that has seen him visit Victory Lane five times. With no one within range of his sizable points lead, Hull is set to earn his first Berlin track title in September.

David Hebert
Over the past several weeks, David Hebert has quietly emerged as a contender for the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series national championship.
Hebert's six victories at Autodrome Granby have him atop the track's point standings. A handful of events remain on Hebert's schedule, so he will look to obtain maximum points in his quest to keep his national title hopes alive.

Kyle Keller
After 41 starts in the ARCA Menards Series West, Kyle Keller finally broke through for his first victory on Aug. 9 at Tri-City Raceway.
Keller's triumph tightened the gap between him and West Series points leader Trevor Huddleston to just seven points. Five events remain on the West Series schedule for Keller to build on the momentum from his first victory and become a West Series champion.

Zach Curtis
New Smyrna Speedway's Bomber B class has been dominated by one driver in 2025, Zach Curtis.
Of the 14 Bomber B events held at New Smyrna this year, Curtis has won 12 of them, only finishing below second once. Curtis' efficiency has him atop the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Division V standings heading into the final weeks.
