AJ Allmendinger will race full-time in the 2021 NASCAR Xfinity Series season with Kaulig Racing. He has won three races there, including two on the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval. His other two career Xfinity Series wins were with Team Penske. Allmendinger used to compete full time in the NASCAR Cup Series for JTG Daugherty Racing. His first and only career Cup Series win at Watkins Glen International in 2014 qualified him for his first playoffs appearance.
