John Hunter Nemechek is a NASCAR Next alumnus who competes full-time in the Camping World Truck Series. Nemechek, the son of former driver Joe Nemechek, drives the No. 8 Chevrolet for NEMCO Motorsports. In 2018, Nemechek will also drive part-time in the Xfinity Series, piloting the No. 42 Chip Ganassi Racing entry. He has six career Truck Series victories and qualified for the Truck Series Playoffs the past two seasons.
