Bio
Kyle Larson drives the No. 5 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series and has won two championships (2021, 2025). His second title came unconventionally, finishing third in the season finale at Phoenix Raceway. Larson, who began his Cup career in 2014 at Chip Ganassi Racing, is a 32-time Cup race winner and qualified for the NASCAR playoffs in 2016-19 and 2021-25. His first win for Hendrick Motorsports came in March 2021 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and his most recent came at Kansas Speedway in May 2025, his third of the campaign. He won the 2019, 2021 and 2023 NASCAR All-Star races. Larson also owns crown-jewel wins in the 2021 Coca-Cola 600, 2023 Southern 500 and 2024 Brickyard 400. Larson earned Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors in 2014 after winning the same award in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series in 2013. Larson has 19 O'Reilly wins and four victories in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
