Bio
Tyler Ankrum returns for his seventh full-time season in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and his second piloting the No. 18 for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing. He most recently won in April 2025 at Rockingham Speedway, breaking a 130-race winless streak. Ankrum made the 2024 playoffs, marking his first berth in four seasons. He earned a pair of career bests with 6 top five and 12 top 10 finishes. The California native won his first Truck Series race at Kentucky Speedway in 2019 after missing the first three events due to age restrictions. In 2018, he won the ARCA Menards Series East championship in his rookie season. He became only the sixth driver in series history to win a championship and Rookie of the Year in the same season.
