He scored his first win with 23XI at Circuit of The Americas in March 2023. He spent three seasons with Richard Childress Racing, picking up his first career victory in the premier series in July 2022 at Road America. Reddick picked up two more wins in 2022 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course and Texas Motor Speedway. He is a back-to-back NASCAR Xfinity Series champion (2018-19). He hoisted the championship trophy in 2018 for JR Motorsports and in 2019 for Richard Childress Racing, making him the first driver ever to win back-to-back titles with different teams. Reddick has 10 career Xfinity Series wins overall. Reddick previously competed in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, earning three wins.
