2024 NASCAR Best Elimination Era Moment Vote
Official Rules
RULE 1. ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO VOTE
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Voting for the 2024 NASCAR Best Elimination Era Moment Vote for the begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on July 29th and ends at 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time on August 6th, 2024. During the voting period visit the website https://www.nascar.com/elimination-era-vote/ to view each round and the list of moments for each. As outlined below, the vote will be divided into four (4) rounds.

To cast your vote for the 2024 NASCAR Best Elimination Era Moment Vote, go to the Website and make one (1) selection per pair for each of the 16 categories. Then hit the ‘submit’ button. You may vote for one (1) option from each category. Voting is limited to one (1) vote per person per unique email address per entry period (i.e., 12:00AM ET to 11:59:59PM ET) (each ballot submission, a “Vote”). Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means may be void. The use of multiple name variations or other methods to create additional votes by a single individual during any one (1) day period is prohibited. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the Vote from the Fan Vote as determined by TradableBits Media, Inc. (the “Administrator”) in consultation with NASCAR Digital Media, LLC (“NDM”).
RULE 2. PRIZES
No prizes will be awarded to voters.
RULE 3. VOTING RESULTS
Voting for the 2024 NASCAR Best Elimination Era Moment Vote ends at 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time on August 6th, 2024. Playoff moment winner will be posted on or about the week of August 6, 2024.
RULE 4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
NDM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries, or to modify, cancel, or suspend part or all of this voting should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of NDM and the Administrator corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Vote. If cancelled or terminated early, NDM will determine the winner by tallying the Votes that NDM, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of termination or cancellation. If suspended, NDM will determine the winner by tallying the Votes that NDM, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of suspension and the Votes accumulated when voting resumes. NDM may prohibit a participant from taking part in the Vote or disqualify a participant’s vote if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other participant or Administrator or NDM representatives. The Administrator and NDM assume no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, including, but not limited to, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by NDM on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, whether caused by the Administrator, NDM, participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Vote or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the Vote. Rules and procedures are subject to change at the sole discretion of NDM without notice. All personally-identifiable information provided during the voting process will be treated in accordance with the NASCAR.COM privacy policy posted here: https://www.nascar.com/privacy-statement. By participating in this Vote, you agree to these rules, NASCAR.COM’s privacy policy, and the decisions of NDM, which decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. In addition, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless NASCAR Digital Media, LLC, National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly form your participation in this Vote.
CAUTION – ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITES OR VOTING MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NDM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH VOTER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
