What is NASCAR Fan Rewards?
NASCAR Fan Rewards is a way to earn points for engaging with NASCAR by watching races, playing NASCAR Fantasy Live, completing quizzes and more! Redeem your points in the Rewards Catalog for tickets, merchandise, and exclusive experiences.
Is my NASCAR.com profile separate from NASCAR Fan Rewards?
Yes. Link your NASCAR.com profile to NASCAR Fan Rewards to begin earning points.
Who is eligible to participate?
You must be 18 years or older and legally reside in the United States or Canada to participate in NASCAR Fan Rewards.
How do I earn points?
When logged in to your NASCAR Fan Rewards Account, you’ll earn points for checking in to a race from home or at the track, setting your Fantasy Live lineup, making purchases on the NASCAR.com shop, and more! For a list of current earning opportunities click here.
Do my points expire?
Yes, all points for U.S. participants expire on December 31st at Midnight PST, beginning in 2023. Reward Points earned in 2022 roll over into 2023. Reward Points awarded to participants in Canada shall expire when and if a participant fails to redeem any Reward Points from the participant’s account for a period of twelve (12) months, calculated from either the date of the last Reward Point redemption by that participant or January 1, 2023, whichever is later.
Where can I see my point activity?
Visit your profile page and navigate to the “My Reward Point Activity” section to view your point activity.
I completed an earn action but don’t see my points, what should I do?
It may take up to five business days after a qualified activity for Reward Points to appear in your account. If after that time period you feel you should have earned points that are not in your account or reflected in your recent activity report, click here.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your NASCAR Fan Rewards page and visit the Rewards Catalog. Add the item(s) you wish to redeem your points for to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Please read the terms and conditions for each reward carefully, because some rewards may have expiration dates, additional requirements, or may not be available to all participants.
Can I return rewards?
No, rewards may not be returned or exchanged. Expired rewards will not be reimbursed or replaced. If your reward arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order, please reach out to [email protected]
What are Badges?
Badges are your roadmap to unlock more earnings. Watch your badges light up, as you rack up points and achievements. Badges are not redeemable for rewards in the Fan Rewards Catalog.
What are Tier Points?
Tier points are how you track your progress to the next tier level. They are status points and have no redemption value. Your Tier Points reset on January 1 each year, beginning on January 1, 2024.
How do I achieve a higher tier status?
Earn a total of 3,000 Tier points in a calendar year to reach All-Star status or 6,000 Tier points in a calendar year to reach Champion status.
How long does my tier status last?
Your tier status and tier benefits begin once you earn the required points to achieve that status and continue through the end of the following calendar year. Whether you maintain that tier level or move into a different tier thereafter depends on the number of tier points you earned in the previous year.
How do I earn bonus Reward Points?
Participants in the All-Star and Champion Tier Levels receive bonus Reward Points (but not Tier Points), with All-Star participants receiving a 10% Reward Point bonus and Champion participants receiving a 25% Reward Point bonus. See section 25 of the Terms and Conditions for more details.
