Silent Auction Presented by Freeway Insurance
Terms & Conditions
· You must be an enrolled member of the NASCAR Fan Rewards program in good standing (“Member”) to submit a bid. See the Fan Rewards Terms of Use for more details. Employees, officers and directors of National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC; drivers, teams and properties/tracks that participate in NASCAR-sanctioned events; and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives, and each of their respective employees, dealers or retailers, advertising or promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse, and step-) and household members, are not eligible to participate in this auction.
· Members may submit a bid for one (1) 2026 San Diego race used rear Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper autographed by Daniel Suarez using NASCAR Fan Rewards points (“Points”). Approximate retail value is $500.
· A minimum bid of 1,000 Points is required.
· Bidding will close at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2026.
· Members may submit multiple bids, but only your highest Points bid at the close of the auction will be considered.
· Following the close of the auction, the member who submitted the highest valid bid will receive the Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper, subject to verification.
· In the event that two or more Members submit identical valid Points bids in the auction at the 1st slot, the tickets will be awarded to the tied Member who submitted his or her bid earliest. The server hosting the auction is the official time clock.
· The winning Members will be notified via email at the e-mail address provided in the bid no later than November 30, 2026, with instructions for claiming the Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper. The winning member may be asked to sign and return a claim form confirming eligibility, agreeing to these Terms, and confirming receipt of the instructions for claiming the Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper, in which case such form must be completed and returned by the deadline on the form in order to claim the Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper, and failure to meet the deadline may result in the bid being disqualified and the tickets being awarded to the qualified Member with the next highest bid.
· The number of Points bid for the tickets will be deducted from the winning Member’s Fan Rewards account following notification or return of the claim form, as applicable.
· The winning Member must have sufficient Points to cover the bid at the time of deduction. If a winning Member does not have the Points in his or her Fan Rewards account to cover the bid, NASCAR reserves the right to disqualify that bid and select the eligible Member with the next highest valid bid to receive the Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper.
· All bids are final once submitted and cannot be modified or withdrawn.
· The Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other rewards. The Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper is subject to all terms and conditions generally applicable thereto, including the policies and procedures established by NASCAR® and Freeway Insurance. The auction is awarding a Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper only.
· NASCAR and Freeway Insurance reserve the right to review, modify, or cancel the auction in the event of technical issues, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances that threaten the integrity and valid operation of the auction, as determined in their sole discretion. If the auction is cancelled, then the Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper will not be awarded and no one’s Points will be removed from their account.
· By participating, Members agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms and Conditions, any additional applicable terms, and all decisions of NASCAR and Freeway Insurance, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this auction, Members agree to release and hold harmless NASCAR, LLC, Freeway Insurance, each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors and assigns (collectively and individually, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from participation in this auction or any auction-related activity, and/or acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the race used Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper. Winning Members assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this auction or use or redemption of the Daniel Suárez Autographed Bumper.
· The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, misdelivered, mutilated, or garbled e-mail or other communications, or for the failure to receive any bid for any reason.
· The personal information of any Member who opts in to receive information, offers, and promotions regarding Freeway Insurance products and services will be shared with Freeway Insurance, and will be subject to its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You may opt out at any time.
