NASCAR Fan Rewards Points Bidding Contest for Race Tickets Presented by Straight Talk Wireless

NASCAR Cup Series® Championship Race at Homestead- Miami Speedway™

Terms & Conditions

· You must be an enrolled member of the NASCAR Fan Rewards program in good standing (“Member”) to submit a bid. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. See the Fan Rewards Terms of Use for more details. Employees, officers and directors of National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC; drivers, teams and properties/tracks that participate in NASCAR-sanctioned events; Verizon Value, Inc dba Straight Talk Wireless, Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives, and each of their respective employees, dealers or retailers, advertising or promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse, and step-) and household members, are not eligible to participate in this contest.

· Members may submit a bid for one of five (5) pairs of grandstand tickets (2 tickets) to the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series® Championship race at Homestead-Miami Speedway™ on November 8, 2026 (“Homestead-Miami Race”), using NASCAR Fan Rewards points (“Points”). Approximate retail value of each pair of tickets is $200. Total value of all tickets available in the contest is $1,000.00.

· A minimum bid of 1,000 Points is required.

· Bidding will be open on October 19, 2026, and will close at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 26, 2026.

· Members may submit multiple bids, but only your highest Points bid at the close of the contest will be considered. Limit one (1) pair of tickets per Member.

· Following the close of the contest, the five eligible Members who submitted the highest valid bids will receive one pair of tickets, subject to verification.

· In the event that two or more Members submit identical valid Points bids in the contest at the 5^th slot, the tickets will be awarded to the tied Member who submitted his or her bid earliest. The server hosting the contest is the official time clock.

· The winning Members will be notified via email at the e-mail address provided in the bid no later than October 29, 2026, with instructions for claiming the tickets. Winning Members may be asked to sign and return a claim form confirming eligibility, agreeing to these Terms, and confirming receipt of the instructions for claiming the tickets, in which case such form must be completed and returned by the deadline on the form in order to claim the tickets, and failure to meet the deadline may result in the bid being disqualified and the tickets being awarded to the qualified Member with the next highest bid.

· The number of Points bid for the tickets will be deducted from each winning Member’s Fan Rewards account following notification or return of the claim form, as applicable.

· Each winning Member must have sufficient Points to cover the bid at the time of deduction. If a winning Member does not have the Points in his or her Fan Rewards account to cover the bid, NASCAR reserves the right to disqualify that bid and select the eligible Member with the next highest valid bid to receive that pair of tickets.

· All bids are final once submitted and cannot be modified or withdrawn.

· Race tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other rewards. Tickets are subject to all terms and conditions generally applicable thereto, including the policies and procedures established by NASCAR® and Homestead-Miami Speedway. The contest is awarding race tickets only. The winning Members and guests are solely responsible for the costs of attending the Homestead-Miami Race, including but not limited to any travel costs, hotel, meals and beverages, insurance, parking, souvenirs and other personal expenses.

· There shall be no compensation or substitution if winning Members and/or guests are unable to attend the Homestead-Miami Race for any reason, including, but not limited to illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, pandemic or other acts beyond the control of NASCAR. There shall be no compensation or substitution if any or all of the Homestead-Miami Race is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason.

· NASCAR and Straight Talk Wireless reserve the right to review, modify, or cancel the contest in the event of technical issues, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances that threaten the integrity and valid operation of the contest, as determined in their sole discretion. If the contest is cancelled, then the race tickets will not be awarded and no one’s Points will be removed from their account.

· In the event that fewer than five (5) eligible Members submit qualified bids in the contest, NASCAR and Straight Talk Wireless will only award the number of pairs of tickets corresponding to the number of eligible qualified bids, subject to confirmation in their sole discretion.

· By participating, Members agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms and Conditions, any additional applicable terms, and all decisions of NASCAR and Straight Talk Wireless, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this contest, Members agree to release and hold harmless NASCAR, LLC, Straight Talk Wireless, Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC, each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors and assigns (collectively and individually, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from participation in this contest or any contest-related activity, and/or acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the tickets to the Homestead-Miami Race. Winning Members assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this contest or use or redemption of the Homestead-Miami Race tickets.

· The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, misdelivered, mutilated, or garbled e-mail or other communications, or for the failure to receive any bid for any reason.

· The personal information of any Member who opts in to receive information, offers, and promotions regarding Straight Talk products and services will be shared with Straight Talk Wireless, and will be subject to its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You may opt out at any time.

· This contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

· The personal information of any Member who opts in to receive communications from NASCAR is subject to its Privacy Statement and Terms of Use. You may opt out at any time.
