1 of 10

By PitTalks.com

10. No. 88 Dale Earnhardt Jr.

This crew cracks into the top 10, but barely. There is room for them to be better.

2 of 10

9. No. 20 Matt Kenseth

This crew was ranked third at the beginning of the year but has struggled to find that same speed. Still, it's a top-10 squad.

3 of 10

8. No. 11 Denny Hamlin

Going back to five lug nuts has made this crew better, but it's still not a top-five team yet. But that could change quickly.

4 of 10

7. No. 18 Kyle Busch

We can't remember when this crew wasn't in the top 10. Solid stops and speed help bring it to seventh for this quarter.

5 of 10

6. No. 1 Jamie McMurray

Like their teammates in the No. 42, this crew just keeps putting up good stops -- up three spots from the first quarter.

6 of 10

5. No. 48 Jimmie Johnson

This crew was on the bubble for the first-quarter rankings, but has improved and finds itself in the top five.

7 of 10

4. No. 42 Kyle Larson

This is one of the least-talked about best pit crews out there. With lots of young talent and speed, it moves up four spots.

8 of 10

3. No. 22 Joey Logano

This is one of the most consistent crews on pit road, and ranked second in the first quarter.

9 of 10

2. No. 2 Brad Keselowski

The 'Brew Crew' won three races in the second quarter, and good pit stops have taken them this high in the rankings.

10 of 10

1. No. 19 Carl Edwards

These guys were P1 in the first quarter and deserve to be first in the second quarter as well.
