Not a bad crew, but not a super strong crew. They can be good at times but need to find more consistency to compete with the top teams. Some changes were made earlier in the season with the jackman and rear changer, and it seems to be helping.

Definitely the best pit crew of the six bubble teams. They've been solid all year and continue to get better.

In the same position as the No. 6 team. They've shown signs of being really good, but need to put three solid races together if they want to help make the Chase.

It's hard to judge this crew because you don't get to see very much of them. They made a change at the rear changer position a few weeks ago and we're guessing it has helped.

21st: No. 17 of Ricky Stenhouse
By far the most experienced crew on the bubble and loaded with veteran talent. This group hasn't been put in a position to win much this year, but the crew has the talent to step up when needed.

22nd: No. 21 of Ryan Blaney
This team has flown under the radar for most of the year, but it is second behind the No. 42 among Chase bubble pit crews. They guys have been more up than down but still need to be perfect the next three races to help pull off an upset and land Blaney in the Chase.
