Las Vegas Boulevard transformed into Burnout Boulevard on Thursday, Sept. 13 as the 16 drivers in the NASCAR Playoffs put down some rubber. To celebrate, we've compiled the best burnouts from this season in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

Charlotte was the last track where Kyle Busch needed a win to complete the feat of reaching Victory Lane at every active NASCAR track. He did it in the longest race of the season: The Coca-Cola 600.

The burnout that wasn't was also spectacular. Chase Elliott wanted to celebrate his first Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series victory with a burnout in front of his father, Bill Elliott. But after the No. 9 ran out of gas, seven-time champ and Hendrick Motorsports teammate Jimmie Johnson gave him a memorable push back to Victory Lane.

At Kentucky, Martin Truex Jr. burned it down. Apparently the No. 78 Toyota was enjoying it and rolled away from Truex when he stepped out to accept the checkered flag.
