SHELDON CREED

Team: GMS Racing No. 2 Chevrolet

2020 stats: 4 wins, 8 top fives, 12 top 10s.

Championship 4 appearances: 1

Why he'll win: Consistent speed. Creed has led laps in 11 of the last 13 races, but he's been especially productive in this category in the last five.

Why he won't: Creed's cleaned up his act with just one DNF in 2020, but any reverting to his "I tear up a lot of ----" ways would doom him in a winner-take-all final.

MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA - OCTOBER 30: Grant Enfinger, driver of the #98 Champion/Curb Records Ford, waits on the grid prior to the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series NASCAR Hall of Fame 200 at Martinsville Speedway on October 30, 2020 in Martinsville, Virginia. GRANT ENFINGER

Team: ThorSport Racing No. 98 Ford

2020 stats: 4 wins, 8 top fives, 13 top 10s.

Championship 4 appearances: 1

Why he'll win: Enfinger has a veteran's skill (at 35, the oldest of the four) and momentum from a clutch win at Martinsville last weekend to clinch his title shot.

Why he won't: He'll have teammates on the track, but he's the lone title-eligible ThorSport ace in a crowded trio of stout GMS Racing contenders.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS - OCTOBER 25: Brett Moffitt, driver of the #23 Concrete Supply Chevrolet, waits on the grid prior to the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series SpeedyCash.com 400 at Texas Motor Speedway on October 25, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. BRETT MOFFITT

Team: GMS Racing No. 23 Chevrolet

2020 stats: 1 win, 10 top fives, 15 top 10s.

Championship 4 appearances: 3

Why he'll win: Moffitt has the most experience in pressure-packed championship races under this format, and he came through with the 2018 title.

Why he won't: Moffitt has the most top-five finishes among the Championship 4 this year, but the fewest wins after starting the season 0-for-19. Against this field, converting a victory may be a title pre-requisite (though he has a Phoenix win from back in 2018).

MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA - OCTOBER 30: Zane Smith, driver of the #21 LaPaz/MRC Chevrolet, waits on the grid prior to the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series NASCAR Hall of Fame 200 at Martinsville Speedway on October 30, 2020 in Martinsville, Virginia. ZANE SMITH

Team: GMS Racing No. 21 Chevrolet

2020 stats: 2 wins, 6 top fives, 12 top 10s.

Championship 4 appearances: 1

Why he'll win: Smith's raw talent has both impressed and surprised in 2020, and his driving chops -- combined with GMS resources -- may be the winning combination.

Why he won't: Rookie title winners are a rarity, and Smith has yet to make a Gander Trucks start at the 1-mile Phoenix track.
