The Garage 56 team assembled at Daytona International Speedway for two days of testing of the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 test car Jan. 31-Feb. 1. The session marked the first track time together for the all-star driver lineup of Jimmie Johnson, Jenson Button and Mike Rockenfeller, grouped with driver coach and reserve driver Jordan Taylor. The preparation comes ahead of the team's anticipated entry into the 24 Hours of Le Mans on June 10-11, bringing the NASCAR Cup Series' Next Gen platform to the European endurance classic.
