The shores of Buffalo, New York are surrounded by beacons of noise. To the north of the city are the world-famous Niagara Falls. To the south is Orchard Park, home of Highmark Stadium and the Buffalo Bills. To the east is Lancaster Motorplex.

The Buffalo area's home for short-track racing, Lancaster Motorplex is a multi-purpose facility that features both a half-mile oval race track and a 1/8-mile drag strip. The venue also is known to host car shows and concerts.

Lancaster Motorplex's stock-car racing schedule begins each year in early March and runs through September. The track's weekly racing divisions include TQ Midgets, Sport Mods, 4-Cylinders, Street Stocks and Late Models.

The 2025 Nu-Way Auto Parts 150 marks just the fourth time Lancaster Motorplex has hosted the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. The Tour's first visit to the Upstate New York facility came in 2021.
