Perhaps the most iconic damaged car to win the race, David Pearson's Daytona 500 triumph came after a last-lap crash with Richard Petty that saw Pearson steer his car through the infield grass and limp it across the start/finish line.

The first superspeedway win for Busch came after being involved in the 'Big One,' and outlasting others on fuel mileage.

Jones' No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota didn't look like much of a winner in the 2020 Busch Clash at Daytona, but it very much earned its spot in Victory Lane in the exhibition event.

AJ Allmendinger, Bristol (NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series), 2021


With the regular-season championship trophy at stake, Allmendinger laid it all on the line in a tight race with Austin Cindric, sliding across the finish line and wrecking into the cars behind on his way to a dramatic nighttime victory for the ages.

Fogleman came from sixth on back in the final two laps down but on the last lap was right behind John Hunter Nemechek for the lead and came up the track, making contact with the No. 4 Truck before crossing the finish line.

Rhodes was involved in a three-truck wreck on Lap 164 during the championship finale but survived it enough to keep rolling in a hectic finish to win his second Truck Series title.

Reddick was involved in a crash with 23XI Racing co-owner, Denny Hamlin, during the final stage at EchoPark Speedway -- losing a front fender. It didn't slow him down, though, as he used two overtime restarts to get back up front and win the week after his Daytona 500 triumph.
