Josh Berry, Ross Chastain and Martin Truex Jr. all took part in a Goodyear tire test Tuesday and Wednesday at Sonoma Raceway after the 2.52-mile road course recently underwent a facelift with a fresh repave of the racing surface. The trio of drivers worked closely with Goodyear officials to identify the ideal compound for Cup Series teams to use for the upcoming Toyota/Save Mart 350 (June 9, 3:30 p.m. ET, FOX, PRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
