The NASCAR Mobility Pit Box is an industry-leading initiative designed to provide official partners, race teams, and fans with an accessible pit road viewing experience for guests with mobility challenges. Brought to life in collaboration with Toyota—guided by its commitment to “Mobility for All”—the Mobility Pit Box reflects a shared vision of inclusivity and innovation within the sport. Since its launch in February 2024, the NASCAR Mobility Pit Box has delivered a once-in-a-lifetime pit road experience to more than 400 guest groups.

What does the NASCAR Mobility Pit Box feature for guests?

The NASCAR Mobility Pit Box is designed as a VIP hosting experience, offering guests with mobility challenges a unique view from atop a NASCAR pit box on pit road during a race. Key features include:

Modular seating for maximum flexibility for guests using ECVs and wheelchairs
An adjustable wheelchair ramp with a powered lift
Three (3) desk-mounted viewing monitors displaying the race broadcast
Climate assistance for front wall guests

How do I request access?

To request access, please complete the NASCAR Mobility Pit Box access request form. Submissions are shared with NASCAR host track ticket offices. Based on event availability, representatives will contact interested guests to coordinate participation at an upcoming race.

How much does this experience cost?

Through the support of Toyota, in partnership with NASCAR, this experience is provided at no cost to industry guests and fans. Guests should already have race tickets or plan to purchase them and are encouraged to submit a request through the access form.

Are there any limitations?

Guests must have or plan to purchase race tickets for the event
The experience is offered for a portion of a NASCAR national series race weekend
Guests must be 18 years or older in accordance with NASCAR regulations
Guests should require the use of a mobility device or the powered lift

Guests may bring a limited number of companions to share in the experience

Is this pit box similar to a NASCAR team pit box?

Yes. The NASCAR Mobility Pit Box is designed to fit within NASCAR-regulated pit box dimensions of 15’ x 15’ x 15’—the same space allocated to each race team during an event weekend. The NASCAR Mobility Pit Box may not be placed next to an active pit-stall, but will be on pit-road just feet from live pit-stops.

How do guests get to and from the pits?

The operating team coordinates accessible transportation for guests in collaboration with each host track.

What tracks will the NASCAR Mobility Pit Box be available at during the 2026 season?

For the 2026 NASCAR season, the Mobility Pit Box will be available at the following events:

New Hampshire Motor Speedway
Daytona International Speedway
Kansas Speedway
Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Charlotte Motor Speedway
Phoenix Raceway
Homestead-Miami Speedway

A 2027 schedule will be released following the announcement of the NASCAR season calendar.

The NASCAR Mobility Pit Box was designed to give as many fans as possible the opportunity to enjoy this unique experience. To help maximize access, participation is limited to first-time guests, allowing more fans the chance to take part throughout the season.
