Bristol Motor Speedway is the second-shortest NASCAR track

Short track has held 105 Cup races

Bristol Motor Speedway was built in 1960 and, at first, was exactly a half-mile. Reconfiguration in 1969 brought to the track to 0.533 miles, the same length it is today. It’s the second-shortest track on the NASCAR circuit and has the largest seating capacity at 160,000.
