NO PURCHASE OR MOBILE DEVICE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MOBILE DEVICE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The NASCAR Fan Rewards™ Racing Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Sponsor”), National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”), NASCAR Digital Media, LLC (“NDM”), NASCAR Racing Experience, their affiliates, and each of their respective parent companies, their subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, members, representatives, successors, grantors and assigns and owner and lessor of the premises (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules (“Official Rules”) and all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void in Quebec where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

 

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/1/26 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/31/26 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will have six (6) monthly entry periods (each a “Monthly Entry Period”) outlined below.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the applicable Sweepstakes Period you can participate in one of two ways: 1.) Enter by redeeming NASCAR Fan Rewards™ points (“Points”): Visit www.nascar.com/fanrewards and follow the links and instructions to create a NASCAR Fan Rewards account ("Account") or log-in to your Account at www.nascar.com/fanrewards. Creating an Account is free of charge. On the NASCAR Fan Rewards redemption page (https://rewards.nascar.com), account holders may redeem fifty (50) Points to gain entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant can receive via this method, however the Entrant must have a sufficient number of Reward Points in their account to be eligible to redeem for an Entry/Entries. The number of entries awarded will be determined by the Reward Level the entrant has achieved as outlined below:

 

·         Rookie Level: 50 points = one (1) entry.

·         All-Star Level: 50 points = two (2) entries.

·         Champion Level: 50 points = three (3) entries.

2.) Enter by Mail: To enter the Sweepstakes by mail without a NASCAR Fan Rewards account and receive three (3) entries, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “NASCAR Fan Rewards™ Racing Experience Sweepstakes” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to: NASCAR Fan Rewards™ Racing Experience Sweepstakes, 211 Greenwood Ave. 2-2, Promo 517, Bethel, CT 06801. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry must be mailed separately, postmarked and received in accordance with the dates outlined in Section 2 above.

 

The NASCAR Fan Rewards program/account is free. Data and usage rates may apply to download, installation, and use of the APP or of a mobile phone or other web-enabled device, check with your service provider for details on these and other charges. Wireless service is not available in all areas. Incomplete registrations are void.

 

Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, late, garbled, lost, delayed or misdirected entries, failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems, transmissions, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, interrupted or unavailable network, server, wireless service provider or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions, printing, typographical or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials, or other errors or problems of any kind whether computer, network, cellular, human, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or transactions or in the announcement of the prize.  The use of automated or similar devices, including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, or sweepstakes service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries made through such means are void. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s wireless phone/ computer/device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.

 

4. USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION:  Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by NASCAR and may be used by Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, agents, and marketing partners for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.teamdigital.com/privacy-policy, and NASCAR’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nascar.com/privacy-statement.

NASCAR may also use entrant information for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the consent provided at the time of the NASCAR Fan Rewards program registration and NASCAR’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants may opt out of receiving promotional communications from NASCAR at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.

 

5. WINNER SELECTION: Monthly Prize Winners: For each Monthly Entry Period listed in Section 2 above, one (1) potential Monthly Prize winner  will be selected in an individual random drawing from among all eligible Monthly Entry Period Entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period by Sponsor. Entries received during a Monthly Entry Period that do not win a Monthly Prize will remain eligible for subsequent Monthly Prize drawings and the Grand Prize drawing. Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible Monthly Entry Period entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Drawings for Monthly Prizes will be conducted on or about the dates specified above in Section 2. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Limit one (1) Monthly Prize per person.

 

Grand Prize Winner: On/about 1/15/27, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the duration of Sweepstakes by Sponsor whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email and must return either a Prize Claim form or an Affidavit (or Declaration if Canadian) of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within two days of notification. In addition, the Grand Prize winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W9 (US Only) and provide their valid social security or social insurance number for tax reporting purposes. If a Canadian resident is selected as the potential winner, they will be required to correctly answer a skill testing question prior to being confirmed as a winner. A potential winner will be disqualified if they: (a) cannot be reached, (b) fail to comply with the rules, (c) are ineligible, (d) do not meet deadlines, (e) have undeliverable email notifications, or (f) decline the prize. At the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for undeliverable emails due to filtering, full inboxes, or incorrect contact details. The prize will be awarded to the person named on the entry, subject to eligibility verification. In case of a dispute over an Entrant’s identity, the authorized account holder of the submitted email address will be deemed the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” refers to the individual assigned the email address by an Internet provider, business, or institution. Proof of account ownership may be required. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be ineligible.

 

7. PRIZES:  Six (6) Monthly Prizes: Each Monthly Prize winner will receive a NASCAR Ride Along Experience at a participating track. Ride Along Experience includes: 

The opportunity for the winner to ride shotgun for 3 high-speed laps with a pro racing instructor driving. Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of each Monthly Prize =$157.99 USD/$220.45CAD

 

(1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize winner will receive a NASCAR Checkered Flag experience. The Grand Prize winner will experience driving a NASCAR race car for 24 minutes of total track time, divided into three consecutive 8-minute sessions with short pit stops between runs. ARV of the Grand Prize = $1176.99USD/$1,642.30 CAD.

Gift Certificates are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by the issuer.  Hotel, air/ground transportation, meals, gratuities, incidentals, baggage fees, parking, and all other expenses not specifically stated herein are not included. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to change. The execution of additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by NASCAR and/or any other applicable sanctioning body or opportunity provider may also be required and returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate. Prize Winners agree to comply with all event rules and regulations relating to the use of event tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such event(s). Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any Prize Winner who acts(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event(s).  The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural or man-made disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event(s). Certain restrictions may apply. ARVs may vary based on demand, date, time, and track.  The Grand Prize winner is required to have a valid driver’s license in order to participate in the Checkered Flag Experience.

 

8. MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of any prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the winner’s sole responsibility. Entrants agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film or video), and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner for the drawing at issue from eligible non-suspect entries received for the drawing prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

9. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

 

10. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
