1. ELIGIBILITY: 2024 Thank You Fans Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Sponsor”), National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”), NASCAR Digital Media, LLC (“NDM”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, members, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to these official rules (“Official Rules”) and all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void in Quebec where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on 8/5/24 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 9/1/24 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). As outlined below, the Promotion will be divided into four (4) Entry Period Prize Drawings.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period you may participate in the Promotion in one of the following ways: a) Existing NASCAR Fan Rewards™ Members: NASCAR Fan Rewards™ Members prior to 11:59:59 on 8/4/24 will automatically receive one entry into the Promotion; or b) New NASCAR Fan Rewards™ Members: Visit www.nascar.com/fanrewards (the “Website”); or Using a wireless device to access the NASCAR Mobile application (the “APP”) on iOS or Android create a new NASCAR Fan Rewards™ account (“account”) in accordance with the instructions provided. Once your Account is created and confirmed you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawing.
Limit one (1) Entry into the Promotion per person and e-mail address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Additional entries received from any one person or email address outside of the stated limitations will be void. Entries received during the applicable Entry Period will carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods provided that the Entrant did not win a prize in a previous drawing (see complete details in section 5).
The NASCAR Fan Rewards program/account is free. Data and usage rates may apply to download, installation, and use of the APP or of a mobile phone or other web-enabled device, check with your service provider for details on these and other charges. Wireless service is not available in all areas. Incomplete registrations are void.
Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, late, garbled, lost, delayed or misdirected entries, failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems, transmissions, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, interrupted or unavailable network, server, wireless service provider or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions, printing, typographical or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials, or other errors or problems of any kind whether computer, network, cellular, human, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Promotion, including, without limitation, any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries or transactions or in the announcement of the prize. The use of automated or similar devices, including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, or sweepstakes service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter this Promotion is prohibited and any entries made through such means are void. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s wireless phone/ computer/device related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Promotion purposes only.
4. USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in this Promotion will be collected by NASCAR and used by the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.teamdigital.com/privacy-policy and NASCAR’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.nascar.com/privacy-statement.
Opting in to specific offers and/or requests to receive further communication from NASCAR does not improve one’s chances of winning. Entrants also agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
5. PRIZE DRAWINGS/ODDS OF WINNING: For each Entry Period listed above in section 2, the designated number of potential Entry Period prize winners (outlined in Section 7 below) will be selected in an individual random drawing from among all eligible Entry Period Entries received during the applicable Entry Period by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion (collectively, “Entry Period Prize Winners”). Non-winning Entry Period Entries received during one Entry Period will carry forward to any subsequent Entry Period Prize drawings. Odds of winning an Entry Period Prize, as defined below, will depend on the number of eligible Entry Period Entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Limit one (1) Entry Period Prize, as defined below, per person/valid email address throughout the Promotion Period.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor will contact each potential Entry Period Prize Winners via email in accordance with the dates outlined above notifying the selected entrant of their potential winning status and to confirm if they agree to accept the respective Prize. The potential Entry Period Prize Winners may be required to complete and return either an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release or a Prize Claim form within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Potential Entry Period Prize winners receiving a prize valued over $600 will be required to complete an IRS Form W9 (US Only) and provide social security or social insurance number for tax reporting purposes. If a potential winner from Canada is selected, they will be required to correctly answer a skill testing question prior to being confirmed as a winner. The Entry Period Prize Winners may also be required to submit to a confidential background/criminal check to confirm eligibility and ensure that the use of any such person in advertising, promotion or publicity, will not pose a security threat or bring Released Parties into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on Released Parties as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in its sole discretion, and, in such event, the Prize may be forfeited. In the event that a selected potential Entry Period Prize Winner declines a prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, or is not available for any reason when notified, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Sponsor/Administrator, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may randomly select an alternate potential Entry Period Prize Winner for the drawing at issue.
7. PRIZES:
One Hundred (100) Entry Period 1 Prizes: Each Entry Period 1 winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) 2025 NASCAR®-sanctioned race at a NASCAR® owned track nearest to the winner’s zip code provided at entry. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)=$150USD/$204.48CAD.
One Hundred (100) Entry Period 2 Prizes: Each Entry Period 2 winner will receive one (1) NASCAR® Mobile Premium Plan Subscription for the remainder of 2024. ARV=$19.96/ USD/$27.20CAD.
One Hundred (100) Entry Period 3 Prizes: Each Entry Period 3 winner will receive (250) NASCAR Fan Rewards™ Points (“Points”). ARV=$2.50USD/3.40USD/$CAD.
One (1) Entry Period 4 Prize: The Entry Period 4 winner will receive one (1) NASCAR® custom helmet signed by the Coca-Cola Family of Drivers. ARV=$3,000USD/ $4,089.59/CAD.
Entry Period Prizes details: All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided above), at its sole discretion. Prize images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary. The Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor and Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No more than the stated prize(s) will be awarded. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and winner will not receive the difference, in any, between the actual value of the prize(s) at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or material. Actual value of autographed/race-used merchandise is subject to market fluctuations. No certificate of authenticity is provided by Sponsor/Administrator.
NASCAR Fan Rewards Points Details: You must have a NASCAR Fan Rewards account in order to redeem the Points. NASCAR Fan Rewards accounts are free visit nascar.com/fanrewards for details. Points will be automatically loaded to the respective winner’s NASCAR Fan Rewards account. In the event you do not have a NASCAR Fan Rewards account you must create one or free as described above to receive the prize.
Reward Points are only redeemable in the NASCAR Fan Rewards Catalog. For full NASCAR Fan Rewards details including Points expiration dates see the NASCAR Fan Rewards terms available at: nascar.com/fanrewards-terms.
Ticket Package Details: TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM TRACK/ACTIVITIES AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to change. All tickets, passes and access are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Race selections approvals are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor/NASCAR. DAYTONA 500® race, Grant Park 165 race, and/or the NASCAR Cup Series™ Championship race tickets cannot be selected as part of the prize. In the event the selected Track has more than one race scheduled in the 2025, the winner will receive tickets to the first scheduled Race. The execution of additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by the applicable Track and/or any other applicable sanctioning body or opportunity provider may also be required and returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate. Seat locations at any Track or activity shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Prizes must be used on dates specified by Sponsor (unless otherwise designated) or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential prize winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. If any NASCAR®-sanctioned event or any other prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of approximately comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Prize Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all Track rules and regulations relating to the use of Track access and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such Track. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any Prize Winner and/or respective guest who acts(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Track. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural or man-made disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the race. Tickets awarded as part of the Prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the race ticket(s). Total ARV of all prizes: $20,246 USD/$27,598.78 CAD.
8. MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of any prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the winner’s sole responsibility. Entrants agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film or video), and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion(or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner for the drawing at issue from eligible non-suspect entries received for the drawing prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
10. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
