NASCAR issues penalties to Ricky Stenhouse Jr., No. 47 crewmembers

Driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was fined $75,000 for Sunday's altercation with Kyle Busch, and two members of his pit crew have been suspended for multiple races.
