Donny Lia: The champion returns to Whelen Modified Tour at Richmond Raceway

Lia, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion in 2007 and 2009, made his return to the Tour and raced for the first time in five years when he ran the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 150 at Richmond Raceway.
