Official Rules 

 

RULE 1. ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO VOTE 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Voting for the 2025 Most Popular Driver Award Fan Vote for the NASCAR XFINITY Series and the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on October 6, 2025.  Voting for the 2025 Most Popular Driver Award Fan Vote for the NASCAR XFINITY Series and the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series ends at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on November 3rd, 2025. During the voting period for each series, visit the website for the 2025 Most Popular Driver Award Fan Vote for the NASCAR XFINITY Series at www.nascar.com/xfinitymostpopulardriver and for the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series at https://www.nascar.com/truckmostpopulardriver/  (each a “Website”) to view the list of eligible candidates. 

To be eligible for the 2025 Most Popular Driver Award Fan Vote for the NASCAR Xfinity Series: 

• A driver must have declared NASCAR Xfinity Series points. 
• Driver must have been eligible for championship contention during the 2025 season, per NASCAR. 
• NDM reserves the right to determine driver eligibility and matchups on a case-by-case basis. 

To be eligible for the 2025 Most Popular Driver Award Fan Vote for the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series: 

• A driver must have declared NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series points.
• Driver must have been eligible for championship contention during the 2025 season, per NASCAR. 

To cast your vote for an eligible NASCAR XFINITY Series and/or NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series driver, go to the Website for that series, select the driver and then hit the ‘submit’ button.  You may vote for one (1) eligible NASCAR®-sanctioned driver per ballot submission.  Voting is limited to five (5) votes per person per unique email address per day (i.e., 12:00AM ET to 11:59:59PM ET) (each ballot submission, a “Vote”).  Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means may be void.  The use of multiple email addresses, name variations, or other methods to create additional votes by a single individual during any one (1) day period is prohibited.  Violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the Vote from the Fan Vote in the sole discretion of NASCAR Digital Media, LLC (“NDM”) in consultation with TradableBits Media, Inc. (the “Administrator”). 

NASCAR Fan Rewards members will receive twenty-five (25) Fan Rewards points for their first Vote. 

 

RULE 2. PRIZES 

No prizes will be awarded to voters. 

 

RULE 3. VOTING RESULTS 

Voting for the 2025 Most Popular Driver Award Fan Vote for the NASCAR XFINITY Series ends at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on November 3rd, 2025. Voting for the 2025 Most Popular Driver Award Fan Vote for the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series ends at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on November 3rd, 2025. The name of the driver receiving the most Votes for the NASCAR XFINITY Series and the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, respectively, will each be posted on or about November 4th, 2025. 

 

RULE 4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 

All personally-identifiable information provided during the voting process will be treated in accordance with the NASCAR.COM privacy policy posted here: https://www.nascar.com/privacy-statement. By participating in this Vote, you agree to these rules, NASCAR.COM’s privacy policy, and the decisions of NASCAR, which decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.  NDM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries, or to modify, cancel, or suspend part or all of this voting should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of NDM corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Vote. Voting may also be termporarily suspended due to routine site, server or network maintenance.  If cancelled or terminated early, NDM will determine the winner by tallying the Votes that NDM, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of termination or cancellation.  If suspended, NDM will determine the winner by tallying the Votes that NDM, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of suspension and the Votes accumulated when voting resumes. NDM may prohibit a participant from taking part in the promotion or disqualify a participant’s Vote if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other participant, NDM, Administrator or National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”) representatives.  NASCAR, Administrator, and NDM assume no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, including, but not limited to, computer equipment, hardware, software, failure of any entry to be received by NASCAR on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, whether caused by NASCAR, Administrator, NDM, participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Rules and procedures are subject to change at the sole discretion of NASCAR without notice. Void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.  By participating in this Vote, you agree to these rules, NASCAR.COM’s privacy policy, and the decisions of NDM, which decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.  In addition, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless NASCAR Digital Media, LLC, NASCAR, LLC, the Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly form your participation in this vote. 

CAUTION – ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITES OR VOTING MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NASCAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH VOTER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
