
The TrackPass Referral Program is for current TrackPass members only. With this program, TrackPass members may refer a friend to TrackPass using an online referral form. An email is then sent to the friends inviting them to try TrackPass free for 30 days. If the friend signs up and remains an active paying subscriber for 30 days, the referring friend will automatically receive one (1) free month of TrackPass. Current TrackPass members may refer friends to TrackPass by clicking on the Refer a Friend link in the account management area. Enter your friends’ names and email addresses on the on-line referral form and we will send your friends an email.
Yes. We appreciate you telling your friends about TrackPass. To thank you, you will receive one free month of service for every friend who signs up and remains an active paying subscriber for 30 days. The referral credit cannot be refunded and has no cash value.
Yes. To receive a free month of TrackPass, you must already be a TrackPass member.
You may refer friends and start earning free TrackPass immediately – even if you are still in your free trial.
For each eligible referral, you receive one (1) free month of your current TrackPass subscription. If you are a Scanner member, you receive one free month of Scanner. If you are a RaceView member, you receive one free month of RaceView.
You will get your referral bonus of one FREE month of service of your current membership after the person you refer signs up, completes the free trial, and becomes a paying subscriber for 30 days. You should receive your free month within 60-75 days from the day your friend started the free trial.
Your free month will be applied automatically to your account. No action is required from you.
You may refer as many people as you want. However, to limit unwanted emails, you may only submit 2 referral forms per day. Each form is limited to 6 email addresses and names.
There is no limit to the number of free months you can earn. However, you are only eligible to receive one free month per referred friend. If you have already earned a free month from a friend you may not earn another from the same friend.

Fulfilled: Your free month of TrackPass has been earned and applied to your membership.
Earned: You have earned your free month of TrackPass and will be applied at the end of your next billing cycle. Click on “Billing History” at the top of the page to see when it will be applied.
Pending: Your friend has signed up but has not yet met the tenure requirement.
Ineligible: Your friend did not meet the tenure requirement. Reasons for this include cancelling during the free trial or you have already referred this person and earned a free month.
The referral status only shows referrals who signed up for TrackPass through the referral email. We do not show the email addresses and names of people who were referred but did not sign up.
Your friend may not have signed up through the referral email. Your friend must sign up through the referral email to receive the 30 day free trial and for you to receive your free month of TrackPass.
The email may have been delivered to your friend’s SPAM/bulk box or it may have been blocked.
You may have entered an incorrect email address. You may submit another referral.
Your free month will take place at the end of your current billing cycle. Annual members will have their free months added to the end of their annual billing cycle. Six-month members will have the free month added to the end of their 6-month billing cycle. Monthly members will have the free month added to the end of their monthly billing cycle. Go to Billing History in the Account Overview to see when your free month will take effect.
You will still be able to redeem any free months earned before the membership was cancelled. However, any comp months earned after the membership was cancelled will be forfeited.
