The EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix will mark only the second time NASCAR has visited the 3.4 mile road course in Austin, Texas. Circuit of the Americas opened in 2012, and has been the host of the United States Grand Prix for the last 9 years. The course features 20 turns and over 130 feet of elevation changes throughout the course, with each corner designed to resemble sections of famous tracks around the world.

Chase Elliott earned his sixth career victory on a road course in Sunday's inaugural Texas Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas. He also earned the 268th victory for Hendrick Motorsports, which ties the organization with Petty Enterprises for the most all time. It was also Chevrolet's 800th win in the Cup Series.
